Meet The Firm
Doreen Okwiri is the senior Partner at the Firm, having taken the leadership realm and continued to steer the firm to great heights of success since its founding in 2018. She holds an LL.B from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and is awaiting graduation for her postgraduate master's degree from the University of Nairobi.
She has amassed a wealth of experience in litigation, legislative drafting, Constitutional law and Judicial Review, procurement law, insurance law, criminal law, Land Law Practice, Securitization and Project Financing, Corporate Governance, Banking and Finance laws, Debt Restructuring and Debt Recovery — playing a pivotal role in advising client banks on Kenya's ongoing real estate and construction boom.
Raphael is a Law Graduate from Mount Kenya University having graduated in 2014, and holds a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He was admitted as an Advocate of the High Court in 2018.
Raphael has experience and expertise in diverse areas of Civil Litigation, Constitutional law and Judicial review, Environment and Land law, Employment and labour relations laws, procurement law, Commercial Law, Conveyance, Bank Securities, Property Law, Intellectual Property Law, Housing and Real Estate.
He has previously worked at Anjarwalla & Khanna Advocates and Mulwa, Isika & Mutia Advocates before joining the firm in 2021.
